Terms of Service

1. The Service

Framevine is a generative media product that lets you create, edit, and organize AI-generated images and videos, manage credits, storage, and related account features.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Beta or early-access features may be incomplete, change without notice, or be removed.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. Do not use the Service if you are not old enough.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Credits, billing, and refunds

Some features consume credits or storage quota. Pricing, packs, and plans may change. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Stripe; their terms also apply to payment processing.

Signup or promotional credits may expire, be limited (including daily free-tier generation caps), or be revoked for abuse.

Refunds: credits held for a generation that fails are released back to your balance automatically. We generally do not refund purchases for content you dislike, moderation rejections of policy-violating prompts, or unused credits after a voluntary cancellation. If a payment fails or a subscription is past due, we may limit paid features until payment succeeds.

4. Your content and outputs

You retain rights in prompts and materials you submit, subject to the licenses needed to operate the Service (host, process, generate, display, and store content).

AI outputs may be similar across users and may be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before commercial or public use and for complying with third-party rights and provider model licenses.

Do not upload content you do not have rights to use.

5. Acceptable use

You must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. Prohibited uses include illegal content, child sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate imagery, severe harassment, malware, and attempts to abuse, scrape, or overload the Service.

6. Disclaimers and liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREYVINE IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, CREDITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
