Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) is part of the Framevine Terms of Service. It applies to all users of the Service, including free and paid plans.
1. Age and responsibility
You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). You are responsible for prompts, uploads, and outputs you create or share.
2. Prohibited content and uses
Do not use Framevine to create, upload, request, or distribute: child sexual exploitation or abuse material (including fictional depictions of minors); non-consensual intimate imagery; content that facilitates violent crime, terrorism, or severe harm; scams, malware, or phishing; content that unlawfully infringes others’ IP or privacy; or content that providers’ safety systems prohibit.
Do not attempt to bypass safety, moderation, rate limits, credit, or free-tier daily generation limits; create bulk abusive accounts; scrape the Service; or reverse engineer systems except as allowed by law.
3. Generative media
Outputs can be wrong, biased, or unintended. Do not present AI outputs as verified fact without review. You must obtain rights and consents for likenesses, brands, and copyrighted material you use as inputs or publish as outputs.
4. Enforcement
We may refuse generations, remove content, rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this AUP. We may report illegal content to authorities where appropriate.
We remove child sexual exploitation or abuse material, permanently suspend the associated account, and report it to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police’s National Child Exploitation Crime Centre as required by law. Uploads are checked automatically against the Canadian Centre for Child Protection’s Project Arachnid Shield database (see the Privacy Policy).
Report concerns to support@framevine.com. Do not include copies or screenshots of child sexual exploitation or abuse material in your report; describe where it is located instead.
